Hosting An In-Person Event During Covid-19
If you would like to host an in-person Beth David event, please plan ahead as the process now involves the following:
- The event host submits an Event Request to our Event Review Work Group.
- The Request will be reviewed, and if is in accordance with current State, Santa Clara County and Beth David guidelines, the workgroup will bring it to the Board for approval.
- Upon Board approval, the Office staff proceeds with regular intake process (contacting host, calendar, publicity etc.)
Are you representing a Beth David committee? Are you looking to submit information for committee meetings?
If you are looking to simply request meeting space for a committee meeting that is open ONLY to the committee and not promoted in any way, go to our “Express Meeting Request” form.
Vendors / Speakers Hired Directly by Beth David for Congregational Program
All persons being paid by Beth David must enter into a Professional Services Agreement. The agreement and W-9 must be submitted for approval by the president or designee in order to receive payment.
