While we can’t gather in our physical Beth David Sukkah this year, we can create a virtual Beth David Sukkah! We invite you to share pictures and videos of your own Sukkah. If you don’t have one, please post notes about or pictures of the guests you would like to invite – they can people you know, people you would like to know, or the Ushpizin/Ushpizot (Biblical guests). Feel free to get creative. Spiritually together but physically apart, we will be able to celebrate and ‘gather’ in the Sukkah we build as a community.

Sukkot Taste of Shabbat with Rabbi Alpert (Zoom)

Join Rabbi Alpert in welcoming Shabbat into our homes. We will sing songs, light candles, make Kiddush, and enjoy a few moments of Shabbat together (virtually). While this is not a Friday night service, it is a meaningful way to create a Shabbat atmosphere, and an opportunity to learn about Friday night blessings and rituals.
