Yom Kippur is our sacred time in the Jewish calendar step away from our daily lives. We slow down we reflect. Pranayama (yoga breathing) may assist in our pursuit the work we need to do on Yom Kippur, and, in fact, every day. Engage in yin (slow) yoga breathing to augment your Day of Atonement.
