Anat Krispin – Executive Director
Anat is honored to serve as the Executive Director at Congregation Beth David. Originally from Israel, she has made the Bay Area her home for the past 30 years. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles primarily in Human Resources across high-tech startups, manufacturing, retail, non-profit organizations, and even a government office. These diverse experiences have shaped her passion for people, operational excellence, and building strong communities.
In addition to her professional work, she has been actively involved in community service, including serving as President of the Israeli chapter of Hadassah. She brings many years of experience in both operations and HR, and her leadership strengths include strategic thinking, team building, innovation, and deep knowledge of labor regulations, HR technology, and performance management.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. The favorite part of every role she has held is working with people of all ages and backgrounds. She truly values teamwork, but also thrives when working independently and connecting with others as needed.
