Blanketing the community

From Thanksgiving to Pesach, we’re putting our efforts to “Blanketing the Community” by providing new and gently used blankets to those in need in Santa Clara County. Both homemade and purchased blankets will be grateful accepted.  There’s a great need for blankets over the Winter and early Spring.  We will be collecting blankets during events at the Synagogue.  Seema Cicerone (408-741-5466 ) is overseeing this project, from receiving blankets at Beth David to delivery at the Sacred Heart Community Center in San Jose.  She welcomes others to share in this rewarding hands-on experience.
