Women’s League Training Seminar

Are you looking for a way to make life more creative, to work together with other like-minded women, and to establish attainable goals? Come learn how you can benefit personally as well as add enthusiasm and energy to our Sisterhood! Whether veteran, new, or a Z’Havah member, all will find this training helpful.
We have a wonderful opportunity to learn with Aliza Goland, a specially trained instructor from Women’s League for Conservative Judaism. Aliza joins us for a second time – to inspire and enrich us, and to boost our Sisterhood’s programs and functioning.

Creativity Development: Unleash unconventional think-power that will revitalize Sisterhood programs and services, as well as lead to new solutions to Sisterhood challenges. Build self-assurance and master the art of self-expression, time management, stress reduction, motivational skills, creativity, and successful delegation.
Why Sisterhood & Your Sisterhood Image: Uncover how Sisterhood can be a positive force in the synagogue and the community. Develop the tools to create a positive Sisterhood image, and illustrate the interrelationship among program, publicity and membership.
Membership: Utilize a proven blueprint for membership and delve into the latest methods to increase, activate and retain membership.
Team Building: Bring out the best in each member and create a winning team.
Goal Setting/Strategic Planning: Target the specific needs of your Sisterhood and set an action plan to accomplish those needs.
