“Love the Earth and Eat Healthy!” –
A Joyous Celebration of Tu B’Shevat
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 – 3:00-4:00pm
Chai House Senior Residence
814 St. Elizabeth Drive, San José
The community is invited to join residents at Chai House to share in a Seder in honor of the holiday of Tu B’Shevat, the “Birthday of the Trees.” The Seder will be led by Rabbi James Green, new Director of the Center for Jewish Life and learning at the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center. Special fruits and nuts from trees will help us acknowledge the miracle of the seasons and the ongoing rebirth of the earth’s bounty. The event is free and open to the community.
