A Few simple guidelines for attending services
- Seating is open – come in and make yourself at home wherever you are comfortable.
- Have small children? We have an area in the back of the sanctuary, where children can read or play quietly.
- We ask all men to wear a head covering (called a Kippah) while attending services. This is a traditional sign of respect for a holy place.
- Most of our service is conducted in Hebrew, however a transliteration booklet is available so that everyone can follow.
- Prayers are offered both seated and standing.
- Please turn off or mute all mobile devices.
- Beth David is a non-smoking facility.
- Please note, if you visit us on Shabbat: photography and writing are not permitted at the Synagogue during Shabbat.
