Social Action works with West Valley Community Services to provide a rotating shelter for about fifteen homeless men while they search for work. Beth David provides housing in June. Social Action also leads a yearly Louis Chevlen Memorial blood drive. It will be held Tuesday December 15, 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Beth David. Please contact Mike Harris if you can help on the day of the blood drive.
We’re also continuing our tradition of providing and serving a Christmas meal at the EHC Lifebuilders homeless shelter in San Jose.
