Stacey staffs our front desk.   She is your first point of contact. She is helpful and knows where to find all sorts of answers.  She handles phones, provides general information, and assists with facility planning and member support.

Monica Hernandez
Membership Accounts    408.366.9108
Monica can answer all your questions regarding anything on your Beth David account.  She processes payments, RSVPs, charges, as well as handling office supply management and assisting the bookkeeper.

Valerie Klobe
Volunteer Events Coordinator    408.366.9102
Valerie works with our volunteer leadership to ensure programs are planned, publicized, and pulled off to success.  If you are planning a program, she is you right hand.  She will walk you though how to: submit events to community websites/calendars; create ads; write articles and more.  She also handles publishing of weekly Shabbat bulletin, e-bulletin, and the Mid Month Mailer.

Yulia Shvartz
Bookkeeper    408.366.9109
Yulia handles all our vendor payments, board reporting, bank accounts, and more.  She primarily works with the Shul directors, the Board and Financial Secretary as well as our Russian speaking members.

Tanya Lorien

Tanya oversees the administration and facilities staff as well as overseeing the overall operation of the Shul and facility from IT to personal member concerns.

Nestor Cabrales
Nestor keeps our facility tidy and organized. He sets up events and puts them away when they are done. He cleans our carpets and waxes the floors and makes sure that Beth David is “ship shape”. Additionally, he can be found doing minor repairs around the Shul.

Daniel Del Vecchio
Daniel assists with set-ups, cleaning and small projects on a part-time basis.
